Nadeena was selected at the preferred Search partner to support a Tier 1 US based Private Equity entity which had invested in a mid-sized SaaS company with locations in the US and Europe. The company is a high-growth and was experiencing challenges in respect of integration post-acquisition. Following the resignation of the company’s Chief People Officer, it worked with Nadeena to conduct a global search on its behalf for a new CPO. Nadeena was engaged by a ‘Big 4’ Audit and Consulting firm to help it source two key hires for the firm, namely a Chief Economist and a Partner to lead its Strategy Consulting practice. Working closely with the senior leadership team, Nadeena invested a significant amount of time building a ‘best in class’ profile for each appointment. Over the course of an expansive executive search process, we presented a shortlist of internationally experienced executives to our client, each of whom entered into a rigorous interview process. Nadeena was successful on both counts in presenting a stable of choices so compelling that our client was able to confidently hire world-class appointees into each role.

Nadeena was engaged by a privately owned Industrial Services client in the Transportation and Logistics sector to assist it to source a Chief Operations Officer. The search was led by Teresa Chambers. Our client had recently overhauled its management structure and the appointment of COO was a new and elevated role within the company. Furthermore, given the very specialised nature of the sub-sector within which our client operates, the appointee would require deep industry expertise. Nadeena’s efforts on our client’s behalf were successful and subsequent to extensive mapping and research, Nadeena presented a strong shortlist of potential candidates, all of whom met with the essential criteria for success in the role. A client of Nadeena’s which operates in the Engineering Services sector presented Nadeena with the task of sourcing a CFO for its business. Our client, a very successful SME entity with revenues of circa €100m, a strong export business and a high growth trajectory, required a senior finance executive to join its executive leadership team and its board. The search which was led by Teresa Chambers involved an international mapping of the market for potentially suitable candidates to occupy this critical appointment for our client. Nadeena brought a strong shortlist to our client from which its ultimately hired a CFO. The Search process from inception to completion took 12 weeks.

Managing Director – located in Ireland
Nadeena was engaged by a privately owned FMCG client in the Retail sector to source a Managing Director for the business. The search was led by David Burke. Our client is a well-known nationwide business owned by its original founder who was keen to step back from the business while assuming a Board Chairman role of his company. Nadeena engaged its research team and worked with our client to develop a brief for the role and a set of key criteria for the new incumbent. Given the entrepreneurial nature of the business and very ‘hands-on’ Chairman, it was critical that Nadeena identified candidates with the robustness of character and the necessary industry experience. Ultimately, the preferred candidate chosen from the shortlist was sourced in mainland Europe. Although the search’s goalposts altered a number of times throughout the process, Nadeena delivered on its mandate in 13 weeks.
