Jim Flynn

Jim is an Equity Partner at Nadeena and an experienced executive in the human resources services sector. In conjunction with his role at Nadeena, Jim is a shareholder at the Great Places to Work Institute having previously served as its Head of Consulting. Prior to GPTW, Jim founded a number of very successful businesses in the hospitality sector in Ireland. He is a graduate of the University of Leicester from where he was awarded a master’s degree in Occupational Psychology having previously completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology at the Open University. Jim is an MBA graduate of the Open University.
