Jim Flynn
Chairman
Jim is non-executive Chairman at Nadeena and an experienced executive in the human resources services sector. He is CEO at the Great Place to Work Institute having previously served as its Head of Consulting. Jim has founded a number of very successful businesses in the hospitality sector in Ireland. He is a graduate of the University of Leicester from where he was awarded a master’s degree in Occupational Psychology having previously completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology at the Open University. Jim is an MBA graduate of the Open University.
