As Associate Director, Michaela leads Nadeena’s Next Leadership Level search offering, which comprises manager level and mid-level critical appointments on behalf of our clients. Michaela has over 8 years’ experience supporting large and small organisations source talent across several disciplines. Prior to joining Nadeena, Michaela worked for Johnson & Johnson in Talent Acquisition where she led several recruitment projects for one of its largest sites in Ireland. In her earlier career, Michaela worked for a leading global recruitment organisation focusing on sourcing talent across Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Engineering for MedTech, Pharmaceutical, Food and Aviation clients.
